Dear Board,
I took advantage of their Spring light seal sale and had a Canonet 28 and a Canonet GIII 1.7 done by them. I picked them up today.
I checked them out in the parking lot and set on IS0 200 with the back open on a sunny day they both seemed to shoot f11 and 1/250 so either both meters are working properly, or they are equally inaccurate. I decided working properly was a safe bet and loaded them up with Fujicolor 200.
Which brings me to my question about Fulltone Photo. I've read previous posts on the board that recommended them, but most are several years old. I develop my own B&W with Df96 and it works for me. I scan with a digital camera or a Canoscan 9000F, and invert them in Lightroom. I'm not seeking archival results, and I've been please with what I have accomplished. I alos bought color chemistry from Cinestill but I haven't gotten up the gumption to try doing color myself. Fulltone will just develop and return the negatives at a low price, but I'd like to hear from people who still use them that they are still happy with the results they receive.
Any and all comments are welcome.
Regards,
Tim Murphy
