Sarajevo, Bosnia/Herzegovina

Beautiful photos of a place with a fascinating history.

When I was a teacher, I had a lot of students who were Bosnian Muslims, though most of them had been born in the USA. Back when the war was still raging in Bosnia, a large number of Bosnian refugees came to Fort Wayne, the city in Indiana where I live. My students were kids aged 12-14, so none were old enough to remember the war. They were wonderful kids. I think some of them would have loved to see these photos of their parents' homeland.

The place where the assassination of Archduke Ferdinand precipitated events that led to the First World War. Sarajevo.

Good stuff, faris!
I particularly admire the tonality of this B&W.
Are they OOC jpegs from the XT1? RAW conversions? Something else?
In any case, I join others with "More, please."
