Not that long ago some of you will remember that I asked some questions about dry cabinets.

As was discussed in this thread, these items are very common, or necessary, in Asia, but not at all here in North America. I followed up with everyone's suggestions, searching the web extensively for North America distributors of these products, and came to a simple conclusion, you can't get one of these things over here. Well, the distributors I spoke to were helpful but the only models they had access to were industrial units. The smallest size one, a 60 liter cabinet was priced in excess of $700.
I then investigated all the sources suggested and decided that the Digi-Cabi DHC-80 was the right cabinet for me. Dealing with the people at Digi-Cabi was very easy, but there were currency exchange issues and because they do not normally sell to folks on my side of the world I needed to arrange the shipping myself.
This is where Terence stepped in and offered an incredible helping hand. Terence served as, I guess, a purchasing agent and arranged the shipping for me. Today I went to the post office and picked up my cabinet, all in one piece Terence. 🙂
Terence, thank you very much for all your help. All I can say is that it was nice having a friend in the right place.
THANK YOU!!!!
