a Vote for the "worst" word used in the RFF in 2006

I think we should make this thread sticky and required reading for all posters. Obey the stylists or be ridiculed in 2007. :)

No, Lense is a (common on the internet) misspelling of lens
It may be starting to become accepted by some dictionaries as a "variant", but that's because so many people have been spelling it wrong.

I think it has to do with being a bit lazy and having to type less. You know - a bit like those who never use the correct capitals. ;)

capitals, like sharpness, is a bourgeous concept...:)

Time to combine?

GAS induced by the creamy bokeh of a minty 'cron (despite cleaning marks) lense on an M8 - what amazing sharpness from non-analogue photography!

LOL, wonderful idea Dino !
and how true.:)

You guys are making me feel bad now. I was going to start a thread called:

"Bokeh Back Mountain Lens Poll and some of that lense Bamooka every one is talking about, a lense test of a mint *-bay M8 and 40mm filters on 50mm lens and how I got GAS, but then survived thanks to some magenta shampoo that I got from my dentist."

But now I am not going to post it.

"Creamy"

It makes me wretch every time I hear the tonal range of an image described as being "creamy."

"Bokeh" is a strong second.

"Ooh -- the bokeh of that lens is soooo creamy!"

GAAAAK!!!

I better stop saying "creamy", even it is cream cheese!
