I missed what?
Actually there was a filter on the lens that was not for that camera. It was quite hazy and I thought I would see what the shots would come out like. I still have both the camera and the clip on style filter. I use the camera to this day. I just looked and it is some type of softening filter. But there are no stampings on it.

Brawner House, Manassas National Military Park, Virginia. This site was the location of a battle in the American Civil War in 1861. Union and Confederate troops squared off 50 yards from the front door. Before and after restoration. I think that the place loses meaning in the restored condition.

It makes a better photo unrestored, but a better museum restored.

There are few areas in Canada that have poisonous snakes and this is one of them. We were at Writing on Stone Provincial Park the day before and had a 3 footer slither across the path in front of us. Did I mention that I hate snakes?
Old building have always fascinated me and the photos have been very enjoyable to see so far in this thread. I can relate to the graffiti in Chris's indoor shots.

There's a certain pathos in this subject; as you said, Frank, what became of the people who put their life's hopes into this venture... And presumably someone owns title to it still.

Wayno,
Those interiors are very cool.

The best camera is one that still works!
Seeing those pics of Robert's earlier in the thread reminded of some pics I took with an old Voigtlander Brilliant I bought off eBay. I didn't bother to look at the state of the lens before I ran a roll of 120 Tmax through it and subsequently cleaned it. I sort of wish I'd just left it the way it was now!
