So, I just have a question about filters here. Curiosity more than anything.
My B+W UV haze filters are really UV filters. If you go to the B+W website and look at the transmission, it really cuts everything after 400nm. So for me. this is really a UV filter.
Now, my Leica filters say UVa. Does this mean they really only cut between 400 and 300nm light out, but let UVb and UVc go through? Looks to me like Leica should probably call these UV filters too.
Anybody happen to know this? Why doesn't Leica publish the transmission curves?
