Get a Cosina CX-1 or CX-2 or even a CX-70.

All have a lens covering mechanism like the Minox, aperture priority (not sure on the CX-70 here) and the CX-70 is IR AF. Focusses accurately in pitch black darkness (like the Hexar AF, Frank!)

I used to use mine while skiing. So I had to set the flash off AND set focus to spot everytime I turned the camera on. Try doing that when your fingers are frozen rigid and you're skiiding sideways!!!
