Had RSS grip but didn't like it

Hi there,
I had a RSS grip vor my X100 (now X100s) but didn't like it. way to big. For me one of the advantages of the X100(s) is the small size. I am perfectly happpy with the Lensmate thumbs-up (The one which also protects the EV compensation dial).
I do have an RSS grip for my X-Pro1 also, which I only use in combination with the 55-200. Not really happy with this combo though. IQ is great, but imho the EVF is not good enough and that is the only way the 55-200 can be used. Besides that, this combo looks a lot like the DSLR setup I just got rid off, so I might dump this setup and be content with the 14-60 mm range instead.
cheers,

Frans

I use this one. Got it on eBay from a maker in the UK. I love it!

"The product does not come with the quarter inch nut that holds plate to bottom of camera, these can be bought at just about every camera store."

Can't imagine why they would actually sell this without an essential component. Who wants to go hunting for the part necessary to attach it to the camera?

For those who are interested, the Chinese grip from eBay works very well. I removed the side piece which got in the way for me, but the grip for the right hand is solid and substantial, and the whole thing is very well made. The side piece is very easy to remove with an allen wrench. Shipping speed was not too bad, about two weeks.
