Not sure how this happened (actually I do  ), but in the last week or so I've been acquiring a few 'needed' accessories... Nothing major, just a telescoping hood for my elmar & elmars to come, An auto-up to play with, & a zoom finder... Like I said, just little stuff... Well it can add up! I thought I had camera GAS, but now that the accessories are on my saved search list... I need to take a new approach...

Luckily there might be a way out... Check these free lens hoods out

Now, I might have to do some resizing because they are all for slr lenses, but I'm going to give it a go... I might even spring for a sharpie & make a black one!

Now that's a nice idea!

If we could only get these hood templates for older lenses too?

$6/month subscription & there is a 'custom hood' function... It saves the details, so hopefully a RF nut will start measuring hoods & posting them! For now I'm happy with resizing trial & error...

Cheers...

That's a neat idea for these odd cameras some of use. I have made lens hoods out of things like plastic bottles.
I too have the problem that when I have a camera I want all the 'stuff' that goes with it. It can add up fast. I have been known to lurke e-bay for 'vintage' leather gadget bags so I can have a bag of the same era as my camera. 😎
