Adapter for 28mm lens

If I use a 28mm Leica Thread Mount lens with an M2 which doesn't have 28mm frame lines would it be OK to get the adapter suitable for 35mm frame lines in case I wanted a 35mm lens in future? Thanks for any replys.

Sure. You can use any adapter you like without any problems.
