Adapters for M lenses on Nikon bodies?

Hi all

I see that cameraquest is selling adapters for M lenses on nikon bodies. Can that work?
Anyone tried them?

Nick,
It will work BUT any Leica (M-mount) lens that is mounted will be
converted in to a Macro lens.
A very good Macro Lens!

Those adapters allow use of the Visoflex lenses on a Nikon SLR. The Visoflex adds a lot of distance between the lens head and the body, enough to use the M lens for an SLR. I have an adapter that allows use of Nikon RF Telephoto lenses (18cm and above) on my Nikon SLR. So you can use a lens "head" on the SLR, not any M-mount lens. Unless you want a Macro to 1" or so.
