addon to make changing shutter speed easier?

is there something i can do to make adjusting the shutter speed on my leica m6 easier? I shot a roll today and i was setting the apeture and adjusting the shutter speed and i found it really difficult and painfull after a while. any addon or anything i can do to make it easier?

Get a M6 TTL.
The dial is easier to reach on this. Just as on M7 and M8.

You said it. The reason my M6 classic just sits most of the time. M5, M6TTL and M7 are much easier on these old hands.

I like the look of that device Tom is working on, would work on an MP also I suppose...

i would save up a little then exchange your m6 for an m6ttl.
