Adjust focus on Kodak No. 2. Shutter (Senior Sx-16)

I'm trying to modify a 616 Kodak Senior camera to use 120 film, but in the process need to readjust the focus a bit. The bezel on the front cell does not seem to be adjustable? Every other camera like this I've worked on has the bezel attached with 3 tiny set screws. Anyone have a link (I can't find one!) for adjusting focus on a camera like this? Thanks!

Well... while partially disassembled and cleaning lens elements, I fired the shutter to make sure the blades were not sticking too much and half a spring popped out! Ugh! So the shutter is broken now. Unless there is some repair notes, I'm at a standstill on this project. 🙁

I was mostly working on this camera to have something that shot in the "postcard format" of 116/616.

Why Kodak couldn't make a decent shutter is beyond me, but I have at least 10 old Kodaks with bum shutters! Only my Bantam f4's seem to be universally reliable.

For the postcard camera, think I'll go down a bunch of notches lower and have ordered a Target Brownie Six-16 and might pick up a Brownie No. 2A (C or F). Shutters on these are so stupidly simple, even Kodak couldn't mess them up!
