Given current outdoor weather conditions (driving rain passing my patio windows at 23 mph sideways...), I'm playing about with photos for the duration.

I saw this on the last leg of my walk yesterday, was out of film in the Voigtländer Perkeo II, but had to grab it with something.

I like the photo Godfrey ... and I also think that the devices we choose to take photos with are not to be judged.

Finally, a phone photo thread! There should be no shortage of terrific images for this thread to share with everyone!

From my wife's Galaxy whatever phone;

I had a little bit of skin cancer to be dealt with. All good now. A perfect example of how and when to use a phone camera.

All the best,
Mike

I went on a iPhone specific photo walk last week... didn't carry any other camera, just the iPhone with the Apple Camera app, the Moment Camera app, and the ShakeIt Photo camera app. I ended up using the ShakeIt Photo app almost exclusively...

The result was a set of 30 fauxlaroids (simulated Polaroid SX-70 treatment). They are minimally processed and rendered to size, output and posted to flickr.com. Here's #12 of the set.

iPhone 11 Pro, ShakeIt Photo app

The rest of the set is available in this Flickr album:

I also collated the entire set into a slideshow using Lightroom Classic and posted that to YouTube:

The ShakeIt Photo app effectively makes the iPhone into a fun SX-70 derivative. :)

enjoy! G

There was one there yesterday morning. Now ...
