Yup. Same thing.
The Agfa sheet shows the same times for both version in all developers.

I've been using it as "Agfa" Frank.. so ya.. but like Agfa 400... apparently you should rate it at 200... I'll do that with my next roll.

Don't forget that they also have Silvertone 100 (APX 100) as well.

I recently shot a roll of SilverTone 400 at EI 200, but accidentaly developed it in Rodinal 1+100 for 37 min which is time to get full speed, i.e. 400 ISO. My negatives are awfully dark. Bear in mind, Silvertone 400 is a real 400 ISO emulsion, so you will have to pull it (underdevelop) when rating at 200. Don't repeat my mistake 🙂
