AGFAORTHO 25 Professional from 1987

I bought the bulk roll (10m) today on the flea market (unopened, storing conditions unknown). I have read all threads about this film. I understand it is designed for technical applications, for pictorial use development should be different from what tech sheet/instructions with film say. I don't plan to start looking for a development that I usually don't use and my regular choice is Rodinal or Xtol. Another option is to go with paper developer (but I am reluctant to open a new bottle just because of this film and I usually wet print twice a year).
So - what can I expect from such an old film and any suggestion for exposure/development (I have seen a few Rodinal 1+50 or 1+100 recommendations).

well, u can always try rodinal stand dev 😀 seems to work on most films 😀

I received two rolls of the same film from a friend of mine. Did some research and found this recipe: Rodinal 1:100, 18min, normal agitation and 2min pre-soak. I have not tried the recipe yet so take it with a pinch of salt.

I have a few rolls of this, but not so old. I post here some questions about it and come up with this two main replies:
Develop with Rodinal 1:200 + 1% waterless Soda (Sodium Carbonate sicc.). 5 ml Rodinal. Fill to 1 Liter with 20C water. Add 10g Soda sicc. and use immediately.
The times for Agfa Ortho 25 given were 6 min @ 20C. "Agfa Inversion": 1 min. continuous followed by inversion every 30 seconds."
And Rodinal 1:50, 11m.
I experimented both and both gived me good results.

Developed in Rodinal 1+50 (11 min). Still too high contrast, I managed to post process a bit, but not to the level I'd like. I was thinking that maybe wet printing on MC paper would give more control over the contrast?
