I bought 10ish items from aki-asahi on eBay on 14th of July. Never received anything. A month ago he said he was sending it again, and now doesn't answer my messages.

I have a Zorki 3 in 2 zillions pieces waiting for new curtains :/
 
I´ve dealt two times with Aki and I´m very satisfied with his service! More than that, he managed the fastest shipment I´ve received ever, only 3 Days from Japan to Europe for my M3-skin (germany to austria takes 4days average!) and I even got a second Skin for practice!

Sounds to me that the postal service is to blame for your missing parts!

I've dealt with him twice, from different countries and with very good experience.

Try calling him, IIRC he has Skype account listed on his website. If it isn't working out for you opt for refund?
 
I ordered from him over a year and a half ago...still waiting.

Very unhappy customer. I'm sure many people get what they ordered, but there are some of us who never do.
 
I've bought from him on ebay and from his website several times with no problems whatsoever. Shipping has taken less than a week in most cases.
Since you are in the UK you might want to check with customs.
I once sold to someone in the UK who complained he did not recieve the package. After checking with customs he found it being held for duties.

He has good leather kits but both times I ordered from him after paying for priority mail shipping he sent regular mail and took nearly 6 weeks to deliver.
I then had to do some trimming on the Minolta XD-11 kit to get it to fit properly. 😡
 
please don't badmouth cameraleather!! I want to get my Rolleiflex leather from there! That said its been nearly 2 weeks with no reply to the email I sent 😡

Glad to hear the good news Buze. I've delt with Aki once and found him to be a "stand up" person. His camera covers are great too.
 
I had heard some not-so-good things about Morgan...but I recently ordered a covering for a Retina IIa and it came within days, and email answered immediately. I've also purchased from Aki and it was fine (several times) but once an email went unanswered. I think both have fine products, but demand (as cottage industries sometime do) patience and follow-up.
 
Received my aki-order today, via express mail. Extremly well packed. He included a rather dashing snake-skin cover with the normal "boring" black one I had ordered for my Contax 139 SLR 😀
 
Aki is a great guy. It's much easier to contact him over Skype. I made a hundred dollar order not too long ago, and he included a few extra coverings, and bumped me up to EMS shipping, on top of a discount. Turns out one piece wasn't suitable, and he offered to replace it for free. Doesn't get much better than this.

I sent a check to the UK a few years ago that never reached its intended destination. It was returned to me about a year later.
