Lovely! I have never heard of these. A rangefinder (not zone focus), I take it? Is it working OK?

Coupled R/F with parallax corrected frame, R/F is spot on, shutter and everything OK delayed action a bit slow but I will never use that anyway. The camera looks brand new as does the very nice chrome trimmed case. I'm putting a film through it just now. it also came with a UV filter and rubber lens hood in their boxes. just as well the thread size is 32mm!! Although leitz 36mm clamp on fits as well. Even has nice screw in lens cap and instruction book. AKW is better known for their interchangeable lens Akarelle and Akarex cameras.

Thanks Ben I will try to get some stuff posted over the weekend. these look as though they are the first films ever through the camera, it still had a protective paper cover over the pressure plate!!

Ahh, one from the days when cameras were still cameras !
The Schneider Xenar lens is a gem, sure some projected slides shot with this lens would make me gliddy.
