That's a great price for a great camera...I paid much more and don't regret it one bit!

I ordered one last week when this deal popped up the first time. It arrives on the 11th, I'm excited. Have a Panny 20mm lens sitting here waiting, too.

If you buy it, make sure you choose the bundle option with the additional battery for about $9 more. Bargain.

I've been evaluating and holding-off the urge for a while now, but finally pulled the trigger yesterday. Looking forward to the new gear!

They mention the EVF specifically as "electronic view finder" in both the listing and my order confirmation email.

I believe the kit is only sold with the finder.
Great deal!
Good luck everyone, you will love it!

I still think the EPL1 is a better buy, or save for an M8.

I just ordered my E-P2 from there as well with the extra battery and the 20/1.7 pancake.
I double-checked the price and it did mention the electronic viewfinder being included (there is also one for $899 that says that it's NOT included, but this one specified that it was included).
I've been checking out all the smaller digital offerings by Lumix, Panasonic, Ricoh, Leica etc, and for me the E-P2 seems to fit the bill the best. Hopefully I'll still feel that way when I start to use it!

I just wish they'd drop the price on the EVF - $250-300 is a bitter pill to swallow... my E-P2 isn't the same without it

Uhh, what built in evf? The pen series does not have a built in evf.

Here it is: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002UXRG8Y/ref=oss_produc
And if you scroll down to the bottom of the page under 'what's in the box', the electronic viewfinder is listed (as mentioned in the previous post).
Hope this helps!

Yes, it lists it in the heading at the top of the page, and it lists it in 'what's in the box'. Hopefully this in fact will be the case when I receive the camera!

Just bought it. Been scanning forums for a used one with the viewfinder for months, no dice. Decided the time has come. And if they release an all-weather version in the fall, I'm willing to eat the loss and swap.

Mine just arrived, evf and all.

I bought the kit as a "refurb" from Adorama for $799.
I ditched the 14-42mm lens, ugh, and paired mine with a Zeiss ZM 25mm and the appropriate adapter. It's a fun combination. Very Leica-like. Very nice heft and feel.
I've left my M9 at home for the past couple of weeks in favor of this slightly more portable combo.
Not an indictment of the M9 at all, so breathe easy Leicaphiles, but fun for something different.
Olympus made a very fine product in the E-P2.

Just got mine from UPS about 20 minutes ago. Initial thoughts -- awesome!
I also just ordered the 7-14mm Panasonic lens, and I think this camera kit will serve me well for a good long while.

Mine arrived yesterday and powered it up this morning. Been a while since I've really tried to fool around with a digital (aside from my Olumpus E1), and so far I will be honest and say it feels weird in my hands. Although in size its not much different than my CLE, it just feels a little funky. But I mounted my LTM Canon 50mm 1.2 and was trying that out. I need to figure out the focus assist thingy. The menu system is a little clunky, and the dial/menu deal clunky also. Not sure how I feel yet... Although ugly, I am wondering if the handgrip on the Sony cam might feel better in my hand, like the E1...
