Is anyone's Medalist converted to 120? I've always been impressed by the negs from these cameras but the thought of filing down 120 spools or re-spooling to 620 puts me off! Is the conversion available or difficult to DIY?

Mine is a plain ol' 620 Medalist, and though respooling isn't hard, it does make spontaneously tossing a roll in the camera difficult. If I had it to do over again I'd get the feed side converted.

The American made Argus C3 35mm rangefinder is the oldest camera that I own that I still use. I keep one of the following lenses permanently attached to a body so I do not have to spend time switching lenses:

35mm f/4.5 Tele-Sandmar
50mm f/3.5 Coated Cinta
100mm f/4.5 Tele-Sandmar

100mm f/4.5 Tele-Sandmar

I do the same thing, with the addition of the 135mm Soligor. Camera bodies are cheap these days. Swapping lenses is an artifact of the time when they weren't.

Kodak Signet 80 with 35mm, 90mm, and 50mm lenses, plus multiframe brightline finder. While the camera seems to be lightly constructed, the lenses have excellent build quality, fit, and finish.
