Ahhh, don't feel bad. I did the same thing on a recent trip to London. What I thought at the time was an old Leica turned out to be an X100 owned by a member here! Larky, I believe it was.

Haha - indeed a X100 (note the AF mode switch under the left strap eyelet).

Giving the cramped smiling pose of the camera presenter, Fuji could as well have send him out paid, to jump into high impact magazine published photos, to get X100 coverage on photography related internet fora ;-)
