Bertrand Costuas in France does some modification of lenses which is pretty interesting. From what I can see on his flickr or facebook:
-Modification of lenses to M mount (including SOM Berthiot 50mm 0,95), some with RF coupling (like this Kinoptik 35mm f/1,3)
-Reduction of minimum focus distance of some lenses (summicron 50 to 0,6m; summilux 50 to 0,66m)
-Adapting a 75mm f/1,4 TV lens to M mount and full frame coverage
-"overdriving" of 15mm Voigtlander to f/3,5 (from f/4,5) and reduction of MFD... this is interesting - so the 15 is actually a f/3,5 lens???
Really cool stuff. I'm particularly impressed with the RF coupled lens mount conversions...
