I receive my 11x14 print today. It was offered by RFF member drewbarb as part of Christmas giveaway. Initially, he offered one print, but due to the demand he expanded his offer. He stated he was very busy until beginning of January, but then he would print it.
Well, since that was my first wet print, I asked for his expertise on this one , and I was not disappointed. I got it printed on Oriental fiber base, neutral tone paper and treated with selenium for archival permanence. With it was included very pleasant HAND-WRITTEN note. He could've sent me a message about it, but he chose to WRITE a note.May be I am tad old-fashioned, but I really appreciate his attitude.
He and his wife run a print lab in KY. I think everyone should give them a chance, when deciding to order some wet prints. And, why not? By the way, I don't how much they charge, because mine was FREE.
