Another folding camera...

...another light leak.
Bought an Iskra I off of ebay. The seller said everything was great, but that he would not take returns because other buyers had been getting his cameras and then taking parts before returning them.
I got him to come down on the price, but then, like a fool, I took the camera with no return.
It operates great, just as it should. Unfortunately, almost every frame is ruined by a light leak.
Can anyone look at this leak and diagnose the source?

When I took off the top cover to paint the inside black, I also used black tape to seal all of the holes without interfering with the mechanics. That fixed the leaks on mine.

Well, I replaced the light seal along the top of the back cover. I've got a film in for developing now. Here's hoping.

With the light leaks being so well defined and across the whole part of the negative, I'd also venture that the problem is light entering through the top/bottom and reflecting on the chrome/shiny bits.

Good luck, the results look to be promising otherwise.

Well, the light seal was no help, so I stuffed some black cloth around where the bellows meets the body. Lo and behold, the leaks were almost completely eliminated. A real bellows job will fix me up...I hope.
