Fortunatly a very cheap one. Found an XA2 for 1.99 at the local thrift shop. I will post some test shots this afternoon. I can't beleive how small it is, its smaller than my pen EE. If the XA is the same size but with a manual settings and a rangefinder, I can't imagine what a delight it would be to carry around such a camera.

Don't worry, I predict that you'll get one soon 😉

I too have an XA2 and I was very surprised how sharp it can be. And the exposure is almost always perfect. A great "take everywhere" camera. IMO it's even better than XA, because it's faster to focus. Only downside is that it doesn't have the +1.5 backlight compensation switch... (XA3 has it, and is otherwise identical to XA2).

Hi Trius
Don't quite understand your comment about the Tessar formulation 'always' producing sharpness.
Perhaps this should be another thread, but I understood that the Tessar sharpness depended on whether the front element moved or the whole lens moved in focussing. The latter being better than the former.
