My book arrived today. At first glance it looks excellent, very high quality photographs and printing. Will have to wait till the weekend to look at it properly though. 🙁

If you order, ask for it to be shipped in a bubble-wrap envelope. Mine was very poorly packed and arrived in a sealed plastic bag from the USPS with an apology. The book was slightly damaged but no big deal. I have already sent an email to Philippe Vandenbroeck about the problem.

I've looked at it very quickly and I'm inclined to recommend it - it looks very good to me.

I am sorry that it takes so long for some copies to arrive. Some seem to take up to 6 weeks to get to the US. Most European buyers get their book within the week. As regards to packing, I have had only trouble with shipments to the US. That seems to be not only a long but also a very rough ride. I have switched now to other, hopefully more robust, envelopes.

I'd like to add that Philippe very kindly offerered me another book which I declined, the copy I received will do just fine. 🙂 I'll try to take a good look at the book over the weekend and report back, as I say it does look good. Philippe has addressed the shipping issue so if you are planning to buy I would encourage it.
