Ansel Adams & Alfred Eisenstaedt Exhibit

Coming to the Art Gallery Of Ontario in Toronto Ontario.

Running from November 18 2006 to February 4 2007 - "Two Photographers; Two Visions"

More than 50 photos from the AGO's Eisenstaedt's collection along with more than 120 photos from the Lane collection and organized through the Boston Museum of Fine Arts.

I think I'll go take a gander when it opens up this weekend (or shortly thereafter).

Having never seen many of Eisenstadt's stuff I'd be happy to go in and take a look 🙂

When on my honeymoon in Santa FE in August. We saw an exhibit featuring Eisenstadt's work. Go see it if you can. Nothing like seeing th ereal thing up close.

Do you know if it will be touring to any other locations? Toronto is a bit far especially in the winter. Grinning. I'd say Toronto in winter might as well be on the Dark Side of the Moon! 😀

It's considered a "special exhibit", so it's $15- over and on top of the $5- entrance.
