Nice pic. And I agree with you. I have some pic taken at F2 and F2.8. Quite good quality,better than wide open. I don;t share only because they are pictures of my colleagues.

Thanks for the vote, Robin. Just yesterday I was out doing fall photos with one of my 50's, (in fact, that was my kit you see on the right, as my avatar) wishing like hell I'd brought along my 35. Sometimes you need the ability to get back a step further to frame the photo best and you run out of room. With my 50, I'm always framing the shot though the viewfinder as I walk backwards. The Canon 35/2.0 is my very favorite, even if my Ultron treats color better. I like the classic look of photos snapped with the Canon.
