Any Graphic View camera experts?

In my travels today I found a nice Graphic View 4x5 camera. It is kind of a gold color with black bellows and the flip up viewing shade. Its got a Schneider xenar F4.5 150mm lens on it(shutter is slow but working, glass looks clear). Looks like
the part that attaches the tripod may be missing. Oh also found a Weston Master III meter with it...Any idea of the value on these items? I dont shoot large format so I may get it to pass it along...
