I really like my m6 in low light situations but during some decisive moments on the sun , there is such a flare that I miss my shots...
So yesterday while holding my index finger above the rangefinder patch to shade it an idea came to me..
What if there could be some sort a rf patch hood that extends from the hotshoe..
anyway just my thoughts... I should probably update the m6 to an mp patch to fix this issue...

I updated the finder on my M7 to the MP version, through Leica in the USA.
It still can flare the RF patch in bright backlight situations. I will have to spend the $15 to try out the "Shade".
