Any ideas what’s wrong here?

Just processed a roll or two with my new Canon IV SB2 Barnak style rangefinder. I really like this camera but on about three exposures I got this bright effect in the same spot. I’m assuming it’s something to do with the shutter but what? Again, it only shows on a few frames.

Probably not shutter related. I guess light leak/too glossy surfsce somewhere inside of the camera.

If it was the shutter, it will be consistent.

It’s definitely a light leak.
