I'm coming in here late guys but I was just thinking the same thing and luckily found this thread. So was there every a Chicago area Rangefinder gathering?

Being a newbie to rangefinders and B&W film developing I am just hoping to receive some wisdom and get a chance to see and feel some of these other rangefinders I keep reading about.
