Fellow forum members, apologies in advance if this belongs in a WTB section (I suspect it does, but I looked and did not find one). I've been searching near and far for a dealer (ideally in the U.S., then Canada, UK, rest of EU and Asia in descending order) that has a new black Mamiya 7II body in stock. The local options (I am in NY, so BH, Adorama, etc.) are out of stock. I believe the camera is still in production. Any ideas? Thanks.

Try here.
In Canada, FYI.
I spoke with a Canadian dealer about 3 months ago about warranty service on these as I was thinking about getting one and he indicated that Mamiya may no longer be making them, so move fast.

Calumet says to call for stock but it might be worth the inquiry.

I am pretty sure Mamiya still makes their legacy cameras in a very very limited run, and the Mamiya 7ii still has parts support. If you order from B&H, they turn around and request stock from Japan, which is why it looks like it's out of stock.
That said, I can't understand why you would you would want to buy the camera new - you can get a used 7ii+80mm for almost 40% of the price. You're really really overpaying by buying it new.

Thanks manjiro. I've got an old M7 beater, and am looking for a new one for the very long haul, so the price difference will take care of itself.

Many thanks guys. So far, everyone I've reached out to, from the Santa Cruz mountains all the way east to Mount Fuji is out of stock. I'm beginning to feel like a dinosaur hunter.

Thanks. Yeah, checked out DigRev yesterday but apparently they are not in stock, despite the website.

As the camera is built like a tank, I would recommend buying a "pre-owned" version. One is for sale here in the classifieds (no, I am not getting a cut from the owner). My Mamiya 6, purchased from KEH has been going strong for several years, with occasional routine service from Mamiya.

There is a store on ebay named "dzone2" that lists new Mamiya 7II kits, bodies and lenses.

Lately I've been looking at it, oh, if I had enough spare money! I'd grab one...
