I will be arriving in Sri Lanka next Friday (the 5th) and was wondering if there are any RFF members in Colombo or other parts of Sri Lanka that would like to meet up for a beer or dinner? Any logistical info would also be helpful, especially up in the nothern part of the country. Thanks!

I've been to Sri Lanka two month ago. I especially liked the hotels in Negombo, Unawatuna and the cosy family hotel in Delhousie (near Adam's Peak), so I can give you the details if you wish. The Adam's Peak is well worth visiting. It's my favorite place in Sri Lanka so far. Generally speaking, I didn't find many attractive places for street shooting in Sri Lanka, but their landscapes and seascapes are simply gorgeous. Remember to take some saturated chromes with you and enjoy your trip!
