any soft shutter button?

Not unless you want to make a DIY hack with a softie, rubber grommet,and silicone sealant. You could try to drill a thread for the softie but I wouldn't bet that there's much plastic in the shutter button to drill down into. Most electronic cameras since the 90s haven't had threaded shutter release buttons because the manufacturers want you to pay for their overpriced corded remote releases. Ricoh is no exception. $35 for the CA-1.
