Will someone please explain to me why anyone should want to buy this lens when CQ offers new ones for $329?

Might be location and local import taxes and duties?

Never under estimate the stupidity of the .........?

Mistake that hopes to balance out the 75mm 'Cron they listed for $250 last week!

Actually, when I would buy this lens from CQ, it would be almost KEH price (taxes). At B+H and Adorama it's new for US 399. At PV US 329.
