Anybody ever use Teleplan Camera Repair?

I need to get my GRD I up and running again, the LCD got trashed a few months ago by my youngest (please do not throw daddy's computer back in the back of the car when loading luggage again Joey).

There is almost a $90 difference between Teleplan and CRIS Cam I'm torn between saving the bucks and going with know good guys/gals. I know CRIS Cam is good, but no a clue on Teleplan.

Any one have any experience, Ricoh or other cameras are fine.

I doubt you're going to get an answer here. Most of us who use this forum repair our own and this is where we go to ask questions if we're stuck. What you need to do is google Teleplan and see what people all over the web have to say about them. You might also try googling "Teleplan scam" and "Teleplan problems" to see if anything shows up there. As far as I know, they have a fairly decent reputation and they are Kodak's repair outsource. Personally, if I couldn't fix it myself, I'd send it to Essex Camera Services though.

I liked them! I sent my camera to Teleplan camera repair folks a couple of days before Thanksgiving, thought it would be delayed because of the holidays!
Got it back in less than 10 days! It's working perfect! Their site was more direct, found others vague in their offering to fix cameras.
