Ai 85/2 Nikkor
Ai 105/2.5 Nikkor
FD BL 85/1.8 Canon
FD 100/2 Canon

Best sharpest Wide Open?

For street use where I may not be able to get closer w/o disturbing the candidness...Like someone across a 4 lane downtown street. On the Panasonic G1

The Nikkor Ai 105/2.5 is the finest lens I own, the only one close to its equal being the Leica Elmarit-M 90/2.8. Which, I know, ain't on your list. The 105/2.5 is superior at every aperture to the 85/2 and distinctly so. The others -- The FDs -- I don't know.
