Anyone bought a Retina from jacquesdeco on eBay?

I just received a IIc, it is as described, and fully working. I really did just get it a day ago so I have not taken it out yet, but all looks good. He seems very up front, very good communication, a very positive purchase as far as I can tell (until I run a roll of film).

It is in perfect condition and everything seems to work fine (retina IIIC). I got him on the phone, a very nice guy. I'll have a roll processed friday.

Ok, the shutter is perfect and glass too but the rangefinder needs adjustment. Close distance focussing is not ok. I sent an email and i'm waiting for an answer.

I bought one from him and it arrives as described and everything seems to work as it should.
I tested a roll and waiting to develop and scan it and see the accuracy of the meter "seemed accurate enough for C41 and B&W"

Just wanted to update and say that the Retina IIa I received from jacquesdeco is fantastic. Works flawlessly.

The II is one fantastic machine. The only problem I have with it is that I can't blame the camera for crummy shots. 🙂
