Well-known
I just bought an M2 but don't have a lens yet and it's going to be a while before I can get one. I'd appreciate it if someone could lend me a lens for a few minutes to check the rangefinder on it. I'd also like to snap a few shots. There would be a sandwich & drink in it for you.

Try contacting Coly (username 'colyn') or Dan (username 'crawdiddy').
I think both of them are in Ft. Worth.

Heck! I was in Fort Worth last week! If Arlington Camera is still in business, they might have something you could "try on." Good luck.

Hello, redisburning! Mind if I call you red?
Actually, I live in Valley Ranch, but it's on the west side of Dallas County. I would be happy to meet up, if you wanted to try out a lens. However, I only have LTM lenses. I do have LTM-to-M adapters, however.
I only have 1 M camera (M6), and I haven't purchased any M lenses.
But I have several lenses you could try out, and I know which ones are calibrated correctly on my cameras:
Elmar 50mm f3.5 collapsible
Summarit 50mm f1.5
Serenar 35mm f2.8
Canon 50mm f1.2
Serenar 85mm f2
Canon 135mm f2
Jupiter-8 50mm f2
Canon 50mm f0.95 (doesn't really count as LTM, as it's breech lock)
Let me know if you're interested.
