While I'm tempted, I've decided to pre-order the Tamron 150-600mm, which seems to be back-ordered everywhere I've looked. And to anticipate comments about IQ, etc..., neither lens will compare to prime 400/500/600 lenses, but at a fraction of the cost of those primes, the IQ from either zoom is good enough for me, based on what I've seen online and in person.
So, if you're in the market, now's the time to act.
