Hello,
I am in Mérida, Venezuela and am hoping that someone here can offer me some advice. I need to find either a lab that can develop B&W film and make 4x6 prints, a university darkroom I can access, or an individual with a darkroom...
I am volunteering at a small school and teaching a photography course. I want to give the students a point and shoot camera and film to make photographs in the barrios. I would then get the film developed. Then, the students could edit the prints and make a presentation.
Also, I am hoping to access a copy of any of Sebastião Salgado's books in order to introduce his work to the students. If you know of a link to a substantial collection of his images, that would be appreciated as well (preferably Workers, Migrations, or Africa).
Thanks for any help....

Go to the Universidad de los Andes, Escuela Nacional de Medios Audiovisuales. I am sure that they can grant you access to their darkroom if you find them in a good mood.
Good luck!
Edited to add: for a commercial lab, you could try here: http://www.fotoartema.com/sucursales.php
