Anyone know about a Rubix subminiature?

A friend has this one and may sell it. I don't think it is really worth more than a few bucks, but I am sure someone collects them. I don't think the thing works, but I really can't see how to trip the shutter to test it.

It looks like the arm to the right tensions the shutter, and the lever on the left releases it. The pointer on top is for the aperture.

Thanks - I was surprised to see that these can up for hundreds of dollars (though these one is fairly rough).
