Thanks! I thought so that was something like that, to copy negatives, etc.

It looks like a copier, and is in the Morgan and Lester "Leica Manual".

It's an ELDIA printer, I think, which allows the printing of 35mm film onto 35mm film. So, if you have 35mm black and white negative film and you want to make 35mm black and white slides for projection, you can do it with this device.
