Good day,
I would be very greatful if someone translated a few lines of Japanese for me.
I was looking for a gw680iii in decent state and actually found one that looks real nice. The seller states that CLA was done and provides a receipt, see attached, and I was wondering was exactly was done and why (the camera looks brand new) and what parts, if any, were used.

I don't know Japanese but I do know the Kanji on the receipt so I can guess what it means.
The CLA was done on 17th Oct 2019
Camera Name is gw680iii (serial number 5100012).
It cost 35000 yen in total (22000 yen for the work and 13000 yen for parts)
They have taken it apart to clean.
Change and adjust the shutter (I am not sure about it)
change the malt
and adjust the accuracy of the distance meter (I just directly translate it)
