Canon LTM Anyone seen one of these before?

I have looked everywhere and maybe I am just missing it but I can't find any info on a Canon 35mm F1.2 in screwmount.

That's a 2.0 lens - the 1:2 marking is simply another way of noting that. Info on the lens can be found here: http://www.canon.com/camera-museum/camera/lens/s/data/s_35_2v1.html

If you look at the picture, you'll see how it's marked f1:2

knew it must be something simple that I just wasn't "getting". I didn't really look at the picture just read the description.
