I don't know about "all" but these A/B recipes--- and "recipe" is the more appropriate term than formula--- are not identical with those published in my editions of his book.

I'm perhaps being overly academic but Udo Raffay and Willi Beutler were not the same person. The book "Sammlung Fotografischer Rezepte" is precisely that: a collection of photographic recipes. Throughout the Internet are a large number of collections of photographic recipes. Or is your suggestion that the name "Beutler developer" is not really an attribution to Willi Beutler or a reference to the developers outlined in his book but rather the name of a developer as specified by Udo Raffay or someone from which he in turn copied? A bit like the "Old Globe Theater" in San Diego or any of the Shakespeare pubs, corner shops or.. ? I would have little problem with that.. save for the use of the A, B nomen for baths given the systematic use of A,B,C and D in Beutler's popular book.
