for some time i'm trying to buy 35mm negative scanner, and only dedicated scanners in Croatian shops are (names are linked!):

Reflecta CrystalScan 7200 Digital lCE 48bit 7200x3 2.038,07 kn

Plustek OpticFilm 7200 USB2.0 DiaScanner 48Bit, 1.914,84 kn

BENQ ScanWit 2750i (also sold under Acer brand) 2.128,00 kn

too pricey:
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Reflecta PROSCAN 4000 Digital lCE 48bit 3600 negat 4.170,94 kn
Reflecta RPS7200 PRODigital lCE 48bit 36slika-7200 5.024,08 kn

(1$ = 6kn)

can someone help me with some experience? :)

I use a Microtek Filmscan 3600, which is the same product as the Reflecta Proscan 4000, but without the digital ICE.

It's convenient, because I can batch scan whole film rolls right after development and don't have to fiddle with negative holders and I don't have to attend the scanning process.

It is supported by Vuescan (at least my model is).

If you scan whole films, I'd go for this product and try to find a used one to reduce the price (I got mine from Ebay for ~250 euro).

Croatia is really small market and it's quite hard to get things you want.
So I had to satisfy myself with cheapest Canon film scanner 4600. It does the job for web and occasional small print.

But, if you can, buy the best dedicated film scanner that you can. Flatbads are blurry and harder to handle, and it takes probably the same amount of time (and scanning is time consuming) to scan... as with dedicated. So it's wise to invest in better spend time with scanner. :)
