Nice camera, earlier is better. The later ones were less well-made, lost the strap-lugs and had silk-screened rather than engraved speeds and logos - they wear off with use! The VF isn't terribly accurate for framing but it's big and bright. Overall one of the best user FSUs since it has all the functions you'd want on a manual camera. The flash sychroniser works properly at ALL speeds of 1/30th and under, unlike FEDs! Make sure you ALWAYS cock the shutter before setting the speed dial, otherwise you can damage it or get it in a tangle.

I find it as most of the users worldwide, I like it a lot. The camera is made in metal, metal, and, here it comes, MORE metal.
The feeling you get from holing it is that you can trust it, and if you learn to calculate light, you can take prizewinning photos 🙂
Just remember this. ALWAYS wind up a new frame before setting the shutter!
IE, when you have taken a picture, and want to take another, cock the shutter (feed more film), then adjust your shutter-speed!

Ive got a Zorki 4 and a zorki 4k and wolves 3012 is spot on, the later models build is much more flimsy than the ealier models. My 4k is currently out of action and in the process of being stripped down and repaired, (thanks again to Wolves for the instructions on the sticky🙂) My Zorki 4 however is with me right now and love using it, Ive got a dslr but thats almost become my 2nd camera at the moment😀

Nice camera, a bit hard to use if you wear glasses (unless you have an external viewfinder).
