Also, anyone have suggestions for a May location? Oak Park was a good call, so another new location would be nice.

May 17 - how about the Borders in downtown LaGrange? It's across the street from the LaGrange Metra station and has a parking lot.
I also like the idea of a meet-up at the show.

Matt, thanks for posting that schedule! I will check what date(s) I might be able to make. This will certainly make it much easier to plan.
I wish, I WISH, I WISH I could make it to the show!!!!!
I already have made plans to join some friends on the Mississippi River to watch/photograph some young eaglets on that weekend. A friend of mine has had a nest on his land for several years, and I haven't been out there a couple years now. I have other friends coming from out of state to meet us, and it's the only weekend we could work out all our schedules (and the eaglets' schedules!) so I can't back out of this one.
But DARN, I really wanted to get to that show. Oh well, it's probably best. Don't need to spend any more money for a while!
BTW, navilluspm is moving next week, to Canada I believe. So I doubt that he'll be able to make it to any of these meetings. Maybe we can plan a trip up there to visit him sometime.
The two of us might get together tomorrow for a final Milwaukee shoot.

I will be back from Providence by then, and if the wife has no plans for that Saturday, I'll be there with my newly arrived M3.
Following your advice, I contacted Don asking about the camera. The day after I got a note from him telling me it was ready and that I should send him payment. I paypalled the funds and the camera came 36 hours later. That was nice!
Either LaGrange or downtown will work for me. Liam and I met at the Borders on State in December and had a nice time.
Speaking of time... gotta run the roll I burned back then in March at Oak Park. I've been lazy... but heck, I've been working too.

LaGrange - the Borders is on the NE corner of LaGrange Road (Mannheim Road) and the Burlington tracks. The main LaGrange Metra station is across the street for those that take public transportation.

If I go at all... The recent conference I attended set me back really bad in work and fun. I have oodles and caboodles of undeveloped film, and so much work piled up I may have to go to my office during the weekend! That's against my religion, but if I don't do my job well, I don't get promoted and don't get any moulah for this expensive habit of mine...

Wait, is it in downtown? A few blocks from Millenium Park? On Saturday at 10:30 AM? Randolph and State? I like that spot! I'll try to be there, but only if I finish my tasks on time.

I managed to convince my wife to come with me to Chicago by taking her for breakfast at Lou Mitchell's. Then, I'll meet with you and she'll head for the Art Institute. Afterwards, we'll go for lunch to a place in Randolph. She's really looking forward to it, and so am I. The only way to stop us is if the weather is really, absolutely and thoroughly crappy.
Otherwise, I'll be there, with my resurrected M3!
